Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Consultant to join our team at Shelton's Water. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.

As a leading family-owned water refining business in North Texas, we are looking for a motivated individual to represent our products in the Parker County area. Your primary goal will be to enhance product sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday with Saturday mornings/afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sales through various field resources within the designated territory.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and gather testimonials and referrals.
  • Develop skills to handle customer objections professionally and ethically.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly.
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions punctually.
  • Maintain all sales tools and company-provided equipment in excellent condition.
  • Assist in organizing and executing company events such as trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • Basic computer skills and access to a computer, laptop, or tablet

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Weekend availability required
