Key Responsibilities:


Identify and engage with potential Medicare-eligible individuals, conduct informative seminars, articulate the features and advantages of Johns Hopkins HealthCare offerings, assist prospects in selecting the most suitable product, and provide ongoing support to guarantee satisfaction.

Cultivate partnerships with insurance brokers to facilitate regional educational initiatives for beneficiaries and create additional enrollment opportunities.

Establish and nurture relationships within your designated area to advocate for Medicare Advantage and other Johns Hopkins HealthCare services.

Deliver presentations and participate in community events to raise awareness of Medicare Advantage within your territory.
Maintain regular communication with your supervisor, community partners, fellow sales representatives, brokers, and administrative teams.
Ensure all marketing and sales efforts adhere to CMS and Johns Hopkins' established guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant sales experience with a proven record of achievement.

Experience in Medicare product sales is highly desirable.

Must possess or be eligible for an active Life and Health agent license in Maryland. Must be able to achieve annual certification in Medicare Advantage sales.
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
