Pattern Energy Group is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve desktop support inquiries via our ticketing system, email, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including installing, upgrading, and removing applications.
• Provide technical support for mobile devices, tablets, and Active Directory administration.
• Conduct user IT orientations to ensure employees are familiar with company resources and services.
• Administer SharePoint sites and Unified Communications, including Cisco Webex and MS Teams.
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience, with some server administration experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and follow direction, work with the team, and work independently.
• Familiarity with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Dell OptiPlex desktops, as well as Asset Management systems like LANDesk or SCCM.
