Job Title: Service Desk Specialist

At Inceed, we're seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and other business-critical applications.
  • Manage user account management, including creating, updating, and disabling accounts, as well as managing group policies and permissions.
  • Support and manage mobile devices using Intune, including device configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, manage systems, and streamline processes.
  • Log, track, and manage service requests and incidents in the service desk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users.
  • Provide end-user training and guidance on the use of IT systems and software, ensuring users can effectively utilize technology to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes, technical solutions, and user guides.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless support experience for all users.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT Support role with hands-on experience troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, including user account management and group policies.
  • Strong experience with Office 365 and Exchange support.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Intune for Mobile Device Management.
  • PowerShell scripting experience is a significant advantage.
