Position Overview:

As a key player in the Recognition Program, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our employee acknowledgment initiatives are impactful, streamlined, and effectively administered. Your role will involve the design, execution, and oversight of comprehensive recognition strategies that foster employee engagement, enhance productivity, and elevate job satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and refine current recognition initiatives to ensure they adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
  • Develop and oversee recognition campaigns and communication strategies to increase awareness and participation in acknowledgment programs, measuring their effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support for the awards platform, addressing Help Desk inquiries promptly and in line with service level agreements.
  • Manage the distribution of gifts for International Anniversary Award recipients and maintain the awards SharePoint site.
  • Utilize process management methodologies to ensure consistent execution while focusing on continuous improvement and thorough documentation.
  • Create, maintain, and archive team resources and process documentation, including FAQs, invoices, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to integrate recognition programs into various organizational touchpoints, including the development and delivery of training sessions.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of program data to evaluate the impact and success of recognition initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Address inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding budget management and facilitate the transfer of funds to ensure timely recognition moments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee recognition.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
