Position Overview:
As a Recognition Program Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our employee recognition initiatives are impactful, streamlined, and effectively administered. Your role will involve the design, execution, and oversight of comprehensive recognition strategies that foster employee engagement, enhance productivity, and boost overall job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and refine current recognition initiatives to align with the changing dynamics of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation and management of recognition campaigns and communication strategies to increase awareness and participation in these programs.
- Provide ongoing support for the awards platform, ensuring timely resolutions to Help Desk inquiries in line with service level agreements.
- Manage the distribution of gifts for International Anniversary Award recipients and maintain the awards SharePoint site.
- Utilize effective process management techniques to ensure consistent delivery while focusing on continuous improvement and thorough documentation.
- Create, maintain, and archive team materials and process documentation, including FAQs, invoices, and job aids.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to integrate recognition programs into various organizational touchpoints, including the development and delivery of training materials.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis of program data to evaluate the effectiveness and success of recognition initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding budget management and facilitate fund transfers as necessary to ensure timely recognition moments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee recognition.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Familiarity with Workday HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across all organizational levels.
