Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and refine current recognition initiatives to align with the changing dynamics of the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of recognition campaigns and communication strategies to increase awareness and participation in these programs.
  • Provide ongoing support for the awards platform, ensuring timely resolutions to Help Desk inquiries in line with service level agreements.
  • Manage the distribution of gifts for International Anniversary Award recipients and maintain the awards SharePoint site.
  • Utilize effective process management techniques to ensure consistent delivery while focusing on continuous improvement and thorough documentation.
  • Create, maintain, and archive team materials and process documentation, including FAQs, invoices, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to integrate recognition programs into various organizational touchpoints, including the development and delivery of training materials.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of program data to evaluate the effectiveness and success of recognition initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding budget management and facilitate fund transfers as necessary to ensure timely recognition moments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee recognition.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
