Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Compensation and Recognition Consulting will spearhead a dynamic team of compensation and recognition experts, delivering strategic insights and solutions for comprehensive compensation frameworks, organizational recognition initiatives, and special payment programs. This role involves acting as a strategic consultant to sector leadership and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and compliance teams to maintain a competitive compensation structure, effective recognition strategies, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture value-added consulting services for sectors and internal partners, focusing on companywide programs and processes.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and modeling to support various scenarios and address complex challenges related to compensation and recognition.
  • Lead sector-specific and companywide consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful outcomes.
  • Develop strategic visions, actionable plans, and multi-year roadmaps for recognition and one-time payment initiatives.
  • Facilitate the execution of annual compensation cycles, providing training and communication support as needed.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for organizational programs, policies, and administration in collaboration with the Compensation Delivery team.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards within a large organization (10,000+ employees) with a global presence.
  • 7+ years of experience in applying advanced compensation theories and principles to solve intricate pay and recognition issues.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, guiding compensation or recognition professionals.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including DCAA.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and external market conditions.
  • Creative thinking and strategic leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
