Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Compensation and Recognition Consulting will spearhead a team of adept professionals focused on compensation and recognition strategies. This role entails providing high-level strategic guidance and problem-solving expertise related to comprehensive compensation frameworks, companywide recognition initiatives, and one-time incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic consultant to leadership and internal stakeholders, including People Services, Finance, and Legal, ensuring a competitive stance in compensation and an effective recognition framework.
  • Establish and uphold valuable consultation services for various sectors and internal partners regarding overarching programs and processes, which includes conducting thorough analyses and modeling to support various scenarios.
  • Lead sector-specific and companywide consulting projects related to compensation and recognition, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes and meeting defined objectives.
  • Formulate vision, strategy, and multi-year plans for recognition and one-time payment programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate the execution of annual cycles within sectors, providing necessary training and communication support.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for companywide policies and administration in collaboration with the Compensation Delivery team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Total Rewards within a large organization with a global presence.
  • At least 7 years of experience in applying advanced compensation theories and concepts to address complex challenges in pay and recognition.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in advising leadership and building strong relationships as a change agent.
  • 5 years of experience in leading and developing teams of compensation or recognition professionals.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a Workday environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including DCAA.
  • Understanding of key business drivers and external market dynamics.
  • Ability to think innovatively and provide strategic leadership across all organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
