Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Compensation and Recognition will spearhead a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering strategic insights and solutions related to comprehensive compensation frameworks and recognition initiatives across the organization. This role will act as a pivotal advisor to leadership and various internal stakeholders, ensuring that the organization maintains a competitive edge in compensation practices and fosters a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic compensation and recognition initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert consultation to sector leaders and internal partners, including People Services and Finance, to enhance compensation structures and recognition programs.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and modeling to support decision-making processes and address complex compensation challenges.
  • Oversee the implementation of company-wide recognition programs and one-time payment initiatives, ensuring effective communication and training support.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation Delivery team to shape the long-term vision for compensation policies and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Total Rewards within a large organization.
  • At least 7 years of experience in applying advanced compensation theories and principles to solve intricate pay and recognition issues.
  • Proven track record of advising senior leaders and managing relationships effectively.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams of compensation or recognition professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
