As a Recognition Program Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our employee recognition initiatives are impactful, streamlined, and effectively administered. Your role will involve the design, execution, and oversight of comprehensive recognition strategies that foster employee engagement, enhance productivity, and boost overall job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and refine current recognition programs to align with the changing dynamics of the organization.
- Develop and oversee recognition initiatives and communication strategies to raise awareness and encourage participation in recognition efforts.
- Provide ongoing support for the awards platform, ensuring timely resolutions to inquiries in line with service level agreements.
- Manage the distribution of gifts for International Anniversary Award recipients and maintain the awards documentation on the SharePoint site.
- Utilize process management methodologies to ensure consistent execution while focusing on continuous improvement and thorough documentation.
- Create and maintain essential team resources and process documentation, including FAQs, invoices, and job aids.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and various departments to integrate recognition programs into key organizational touchpoints, including the development of training materials.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis of program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recognition initiatives and identify areas for enhancement.
- Address internal stakeholder inquiries regarding budget management and facilitate necessary financial transactions to ensure timely recognition.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee recognition.
- Proven project management experience.
- Familiarity with Workday HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
