Lead Program Coordinator

Position Overview:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering complex initiatives to fruition. This position demands a dedicated leader who is committed to navigating the intricacies of program management. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential obstacles, mitigating risks, and providing unwavering support to your team.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and sustainability of impactful programs. Your clients will rely on your organizational skills to align program goals, while your team will seek your guidance as they tackle project requirements, budget limitations, and staffing challenges. With your extensive knowledge in defense, you will pinpoint opportunities to enhance business growth by aligning with your client's objectives. This role also offers the chance to deepen your skills in problem resolution, strategic planning, contract evaluation, and more. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within the Department of Defense while sharing your insights into program management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in program management.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams with varying skill sets.
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and advising on program milestones, resource allocation, and critical decision-making points.
- Capability to conduct risk assessments to identify, define, and analyze program or project challenges based on likelihood and impact.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the Department of Defense.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
