Job Overview:
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is in search of an Operations Management Specialist (Level 5) to become a vital member of our BGS Business Operations Integration team.

Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in assisting the BGS Business Operations & Integration (BO&I) leadership team in executing a range of initiatives and fostering comprehensive business integration across BGS. This role requires on-site presence to meet customer needs.

Key Duties:
1. Achieve results while navigating a dynamic, high-stakes, and rapidly evolving environment.
2. Guide and facilitate the creation and integration of programs, strategies, and processes to align with business objectives.
3. Collaborate with business partners to validate outcomes and define the scope necessary to achieve long-term business goals and develop comprehensive business cases.
4. Coordinate commitments with both internal and external entities for large-scale, complex initiatives that align with the strategic vision set by executive leadership.
5. Identify potential risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and refine business cases for presentation to executive leadership for approval.
6. Facilitate the establishment of a robust management system architecture by applying Program Management Best Practices.
7. Utilize management systems and processes to provide updates on commitments and adherence to plans.
8. Ensure timely follow-up actions for issue resolution.
9. Represent executive management to internal and external stakeholders in areas such as business policy, strategy, and direction.
10. Assist in task management and offer expert business advice to optimize the use of executive resources.
11. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring some on-site work at designated locations. The specific requirements may evolve over time.

Export Control Compliance:
This position must adhere to Export Control compliance requirements, necessitating a "US Person" as defined by applicable regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience engaging with senior and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
- Experience in data interpretation and presenting analyses and recommendations to management.
- Background in cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in developing and reporting performance metrics.
- Proven project leadership experience.
- Familiarity with handling confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
- High level of digital proficiency.
