Facilities Operations Specialist at Public Storage

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and guarantee adherence to departmental protocols.
  • Facilitate weekly discussions with vendors to assess performance and compliance.
  • Onboard and instruct contractors on CMMS software and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate tasks with vendors across various trades.
  • Assist in resolving escalations and work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Manage the resolution of permits, violations, and penalties involving authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Communicate timelines, delays, and exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support acquisition due diligence and implementation post-acquisition.
  • Conduct monthly accounts receivable reconciliation.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct management of service programs.
  • Expertise in CMMS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to manage unforeseen challenges.
