Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in deploying ITOM solutions adhering to industry standards.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing, configuring, and customizing patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring systems, automating alerts, and managing applications through out-of-the-box plugins and API methods.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
  • Familiarity with third-party software integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in designing and modifying ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.
  • Experience in managing MID Servers.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple ServiceNow implementations.
