Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance or a related field
  • Certifications: HVAC or EPA Type II Certification
  • Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize work functions
