Position Overview

Role Summary

This hybrid role within the Operations and Client Services team is essential for effectively overseeing client engagements from initial data collection to final delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage a blend of operational expertise and consultative skills to foster strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate leadership capabilities and possess a background in E-Discovery to adeptly handle multiple requests, optimize resources, and ensure favorable client results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for daily inquiries from various stakeholders, escalating issues to Project Managers as needed.
  • Prepare processing work requests for tasks such as data processing, promotions, and third-party loads, managing the workflow from initiation to completion.
  • Collect, review, and organize client data for processing.
  • Utilize the Relativity Processing application to process data, ensuring quality control and troubleshooting any processing issues.
  • Facilitate data promotion using Relativity integration points and manage data imports and exports.
  • Collaborate with internal Technology Teams to resolve routine support issues related to Relativity Processing and other loading requests.
  • Use available downtime to assist the Client Services department with standard client requests.
  • Interpret client requirements and relay instructions accurately to operational teams, providing consultation when necessary.
  • Support in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to delivered or hosted data.
  • Track and report on the status of client projects across various departments at Epiq and directly with clients.
  • Work in tandem with the client services team and operations management to ensure timely handling of client requests.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients regarding processing, loading, and production activities.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager in assessing team capacity and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism to collect real-time client insights, promoting continuous improvement of service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or client services within an E-Discovery vendor, law firm, or corporate environment.
  • Proficient in using Relativity with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent computer proficiency, and exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills are essential, with an understanding of the legal services sector and the ability to engage effectively with legal professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new applications, including enhancements to Relativity.

Preferred Skills:

  • High technical proficiency with database applications, text editors, and review platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Relativity Processing.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Relativity functionalities, including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, and analytics.
  • Relevant certifications in RCA, Analytics, or Processing are advantageous.
  • Highly organized with the ability to monitor and document the progress of various processes.
  • Availability for extended hours as required during peak project loads.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Work Environment:

  • Availability for on-call duties as needed throughout the week and occasional weekends.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is competitive and may include eligibility for an annual bonus, with actual compensation dependent on individual qualifications and experience.
