We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to assist our clients with website updates, basic technical support, and effective communication via phone. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HTML and CSS, and be comfortable engaging with clients. We value individuals who are eager to learn new software and navigate our internal content management systems. Please note, this is not an IT position and does not involve hardware or documented software support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks across various software platforms.
  • Provide client support and communication, including:
    • Addressing customer inquiries
    • Offering solutions
    • Guiding clients through website functionalities
    • Implementing basic updates to client websites
    • Coordinating with other departments
  • Participate in internal team projects, including audits and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you should be an outstanding communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of fostering trust with clients. Proficiency in project management software is essential, along with the ability to work independently within our proprietary Content Management System within 90 days of employment. Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Wrike is beneficial.

Clients may request simple content updates on their websites, seek assistance with service inquiries, or need help with design adjustments. You will need to discern when to collaborate with colleagues for answers or when to handle issues independently.

This position offers more than typical support roles. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will regularly interact with various internal departments, gaining insights into the dental marketing sector to better assist our clients. You will be part of a team responsible for website updates, troubleshooting challenges, and enhancing client communication.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position, classified as either salary exempt or non-exempt hourly, with remote work options available. Salary ranges from $38,000 to $45,000 annually, based on experience and skills.
