PacWest Restoration Inc is in search of a skilled Production Coordinator to manage projects adhering to our exemplary industry standards.


The Restoration Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. This role demands a self-driven individual with exceptional customer service abilities. At PacWest, we prioritize excellence and uphold high standards for all our employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct site visits for new assignments, engaging with clients, subcontractors, crews, insurance adjusters, management, and office personnel.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Allocate resources effectively for designated projects.
  • Coordinate repairs and ensure project completion meets PacWest's standards.
  • Supervise on-site staff and subcontractors.
  • Efficiently manage technician scheduling.
  • Collaborate with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable costs.
  • Document all necessary steps for insurance companies and ensure job billing is completed.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship in accordance with original plans and specifications.
  • Oversee deadlines, progress, and quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with staff and other departments for emergency responses and damage mitigation.
  • Promote services through on-site visits, calls, and updates to clients, including property owners and insurance adjusters.
  • Respond to emergency calls as dispatched; on-call duties may include weekends and after-hours work.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property restoration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of restoration software, particularly Xactimate.
  • Understanding of insurance billing, guidelines, and coverage.
  • Ability to interpret estimates and manage project budgets.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in property claims and building relationships with insurance adjusters.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical proficiency.
  • IICRC certification is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Highly organized.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position includes supervisory duties; the Project Coordinator will oversee labor crews and subcontractors.
