PacWest Restoration Inc is seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to manage projects in accordance with our top-tier industry standards.


The Restoration Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. This role requires a self-driven individual with exceptional customer service abilities. At PacWest, we are committed to excellence and expect our team members to uphold the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct site visits for new assignments, engaging with clients, subcontractors, crews, insurance adjusters, management, and office personnel.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects.
  • Ensure repairs are coordinated and completed to meet PacWest's quality standards.
  • Supervise onsite staff and subcontractors.
  • Efficiently manage technician scheduling.
  • Collaborate with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, municipal officials, and clients.
  • Negotiate with contractors to secure fair pricing.
  • Document all necessary steps for insurance companies and manage billing through project completion.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship in line with original plans and specifications, ensuring quality control.
  • Oversee deadlines, progress, and quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with staff and other departments for emergency response and damage mitigation.
  • Promote services through site visits, calls, and updates to clients, including property owners and insurance adjusters.
  • Respond to emergency calls as dispatched; on-call availability may be required, including weekends and after hours.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in property restoration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of restoration software, particularly Xactimate.
  • Understanding of insurance billing, guidelines, and coverage.
  • Ability to interpret estimates and comprehend project budgets.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with property claims and building relationships with insurance adjusters for efficient claim resolution.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Mathematical proficiency.
  • IICRC certification is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
  • Highly organized.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position entails supervisory duties; the Project Coordinator will oversee labor crews and subcontractors.
