Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated member for our hybrid Operations and Client Services team, who will play a pivotal role in effectively overseeing client engagements from initial data collection to final delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage a blend of operational expertise and consultative skills to foster strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes. Candidates should possess leadership capabilities and a solid background in E-Discovery to adeptly manage various requests, utilize diverse resources, and ensure favorable client results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for daily inquiries from multiple stakeholders on various projects, escalating issues to Project Managers as needed.
- Prepare processing work requests for tasks such as data processing, promotions, and third-party loads, managing these tasks from initiation to completion.
- Collect, review, and organize client data for processing.
- Execute data processing using the Relativity Processing application, ensuring quality control and troubleshooting any processing issues.
- Utilize Relativity Integration points to promote data and manage data loading with the Import/Export application.
- Collaborate with internal Technology Teams to troubleshoot and provide routine support for Relativity Processing and related loading requests.
- Use available time to assist the Client Services department with routine client inquiries.
- Accurately interpret client requirements and instructions, effectively communicating directives to operational teams and providing consultation when necessary.
- Aid in resolving any client issues related to delivered or hosted data.
- Track and report on the status of client projects across various departments and directly with clients.
- Work in tandem with the client services team and operations management to ensure timely handling of client requests.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients regarding processing, loading, and production matters.
- Support the Client Services Manager in assessing team capacity and distributing tasks internally.
- Establish a feedback mechanism to gather real-time client insights, promoting continuous enhancement of product functionality and usability.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or client services within an E-Discovery vendor, law firm, or corporate environment.
- Proficient in using Relativity with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
- Excellent technical skills, computer proficiency, exceptional planning and organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills are essential, as our clients include project managers and attorneys. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the legal services sector and the ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High technical proficiency with database software, text editors, and review platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity Processing.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with Relativity functionalities, including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC (Relativity Desktop Client) – Import/Export, Searching, STRs (Search Term Report), and Imaging/OCR Sets, analytics.
- RCA/Analytics/Processing certifications are preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to monitor and document the progress of multiple processes.
- Availability to work extended hours as necessary during peak project loads.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with thorough follow-through, professional communication, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Work Environment:
- Availability for on-call work during the week and occasional weekends.
Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $79,865.20 annually and may include eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
