We are seeking a Client Support Coordinator to assist our clients with website updates, technical troubleshooting, and managing phone communications. This role requires a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn new software and navigate our internal content management systems. Please note, this is not an IT position and does not involve hardware or documented software support.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Client Support Coordinator include:

  • Managing administrative tasks across various software platforms.
  • Providing client support and communication, which entails:
    • Addressing customer inquiries.
    • Offering suitable solutions.
    • Guiding clients through website features and functionalities.
    • Executing basic updates to client websites.
    • Coordinating with other departments.
  • Participating in internal team projects, including:
    • Conducting audits, fostering innovations, and engaging in professional development.
Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you should be an exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of building trust with clients. Proficiency in project management software is essential, and you should be able to work independently within our proprietary Content Management System within 90 days of employment. Our daily operations utilize platforms such as Slack, Wrike, and our CMS.

Clients may request simple content updates on their websites, inquire about services, or need assistance with service modifications. You will need to determine when to collaborate with colleagues for service-related questions or when to address issues independently.

This position is not a conventional support role. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will frequently interact with our internal departments, gaining insights into various aspects of dental marketing to better assist our clients. You will contribute to website updates, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate comprehensive client communication. We provide online training through platforms like Thinkific and Zoom, covering the use of our proprietary CMS, support task management, dental terminology, and our marketing services.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position, classified as either salary exempt or non-exempt hourly, with remote work options available. Salary ranges from $38,000 to $45,000 annually, based on experience and skill level.
