Position Overview: We are seeking a committed individual to join our organization as an Administrative Support Coordinator for the Multnomah Education Initiative (MEI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the ELM/MEI team.
  • Coordinate various projects and ensure effective fiscal tracking.
  • Manage fiscal reporting processes and conduct expense reconciliations.
  • Offer logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Oversee website content management and facilitate communication efforts.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, be detail-oriented, and have prior experience in nonprofit or project coordination. A degree and proficiency in MS Office applications are preferred.
