Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a growing pipeline of business opportunities.
- Partner with subject matter experts to win business and coordinate technical resources.
- Qualify, sell, and close deals, including cross-functional and multi-service opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with targeted customers and influence key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Proven sales ability with complex, high-value sales.
- Deep understanding of sales organizations and their functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assume additional responsibilities and take the initiative to solve problems.
- Technical skills in Hubspot, NetSuite, and MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a biologic or related scientific discipline; MBA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex clients and sales cycles.
- Excellent knowledge of the Life Sciences marketplace.
