Job Summary

The Business Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a specified territory. This role involves selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, with a focus on coax-delivered Internet, video, and voice services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Sell bundled services to new customers and generate sales leads through various prospecting tactics.
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing-cycle model.
  • Business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Working Conditions

The Business Account Executive will work in an office environment and/or outside environment with exposure to inclement weather. Moderate noise levels are expected.
