Job Title: Business Development Executive Automation

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to cover large enterprise accounts and expand our market share by maintaining and generating new opportunities in aligned accounts and greenfield territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand opportunities in aligned accounts and greenfield territories through direct sales and engagement with alliance and channel partners.
  • Develop deep understanding of aligned accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Sell automation solutions into large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operations, managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure.
  • Work alongside senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast.
  • Travel approximately 30-60% of the time is required.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience.
  • Aptitude to sell at senior level, managing complex transformational deals.
  • Superb relationship building skills, with a range of influencers involved in successful automation sales.
  • Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling.
  • Experience and proven ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers.
  • Inquisitive and tenacious, with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts.
  • Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
