Business Development Executive

CovalentCreative is a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic outreach programs to engage new and existing clients
- Collaborate with our Client Services team to tailor proposals that meet clients' unique needs
- Attend industry trade shows to meet with clients and develop relationships
- Lead the RFP process for assigned clients
- Engage with Account Directors to ensure programs meet expectations and identify new opportunities
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in custom digital marketing and advertising solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory constraints is a plus
