Senior Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Business Development to join our team at Allucent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales solutions
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or business
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
