Overview:

The Clinical Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering tailored clinical interventions and support that are centered around the needs of youth, informed by trauma, and focused on achieving long-term goals.

This position also involves overseeing and guiding the clinical processes for all therapists, as instructed by the Clinical Director.

These interventions encompass individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management and collaborative consultation.

Leadership and Guidance:
Reports directly to the Clinical Director.

Oversight of relevant operational duties is also managed by the Director of Operations.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise therapists and provide case consultation to treatment teams as necessary.
2. Review and support clinical documentation, including but not limited to case notes, treatment plans, monthly reports, and psychosocial evaluations.
3. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of clinical records and associated documentation.
4. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, along with case management services.
5. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans that are strengths-based, address the unique needs of youth, and adhere to best practices.
6. Oversee and address clinical service requirements, including case loads, assignments, and personnel changes.
7. Act as a liaison to various stakeholders as indicated by treatment and permanency objectives.
8. Participate in the clinical on-call rotation.
9. Collaborate with consulting psychiatrists and other contracted professionals as necessary.
10. Maintain clinical licensure or status on the state registry.
11. Understand and comply with the administrative structure, chain of command, and program philosophy of the organization.
12. Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance clinical services.
13. Undertake additional job-related projects and tasks as assigned.
