Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager of Critical Care Services to lead and manage their critical care services department. This is a full-time, permanent role in a dynamic environment with a dedicated clinical team.
About the Role
The Nurse Manager of Critical Care Services will be responsible for providing daily updates regarding the status of the critical care services department to their superior and will work closely with their director to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide direct oversight to the critical care services department
- Directly report to the Nurse Director of Critical Care Services
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the Critical Care Services Nurses
- Regularly review and analyze the care being administered in the critical care unit
- Highlight team strengths and pinpoint weaknesses, providing necessary training to address any matter
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 24/7 coverage of the intensive care unit and must be well-versed in any and all clinical equipment utilized within their department.
