Shift Hours:
All shifts available from 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor applies nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement personalized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
- Assists in orienting and supervising nursing staff, managing daily unit operations, and assuming leadership responsibilities as necessary.
- Engages actively in direct resident assessment and care.
- Oversees and coordinates nursing staff in delivering direct resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Develops individualized nursing care plans utilizing the nursing process.
- Conducts daily assessments of each resident and adjusts care plans as needed.
- Participates in training and supervising nursing personnel.
- Effectively applies leadership and supervisory principles.
