Job Summary:

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager of Critical Care Services to lead and manage their critical care services department. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily updates to the Nurse Director of Critical Care Services regarding the status of the critical care services department.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Director to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed.
  • Directly lead and manage the Assistant Nurse Manager of Critical Care Services and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Serve as a mentor to the Critical Care Services Nurses to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.
  • Manage and provide direct oversight to the critical care services department, including clinical assessments and equipment management.
  • Be well-versed in clinical equipment and technology used in the department.
  • Provide 24/7 coverage of the intensive care unit and be easily accessible to offer guidance and subject matter expertise.
  • Regularly review and analyze care being administered in the critical care unit and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical background and leadership skills.
  • Experience in critical care services management.
  • Ability to work closely with the Nurse Director and other department leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
