Principal Client Engagement and Capture Executive

Position Summary
This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and managing the lifecycle of qualified prospects. The selected candidate will evaluate client requirements, market competition, and viable solutions, crafting a comprehensive strategy to secure each contract and gain the client's trust.
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Facilitate business development initiatives across the portfolio.
- Contribute to new business acquisition efforts through capability presentations, requests for information (RFIs), and proposal crafting.
- Establish and nurture relationships with partners, clients, and team members.
- Assist in evaluating, prioritizing, and recommending collaboration partners for various opportunities.
- Develop and implement capture strategies, partnership approaches, and winning tactics.
- Support the formulation and execution of growth and opportunity strategies.
- Collect program intelligence, analyze competitive data, and evaluate market dynamics.
- Assist in creating white papers and presentations that showcase portfolio capabilities, products, and services.
- Conduct assessments of organizational conflicts of interest and evaluate current client risks.
- Engage in the review and drafting of proposals.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking groups.
Essential Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in Capture Management within technical services, particularly in Federal and Department of Defense sectors. Direct experience and connections with relevant government agencies are advantageous.
- A technical background that enables comprehension of client needs and alignment of organizational capabilities with solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior government and corporate executives.
- Adept at building strong professional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Capability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security security clearance, public trust, and/or suitability is mandatory.
