Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, nurture, and expand professional business relationships with clients in selected accounts that influence the choice of Pressure Protection technology, products, and services.
  • Identify client needs, address challenges, and showcase strong account management skills to drive sales for Pressure Protection products.
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and finalize new customer accounts and sales opportunities for the Pressure Protection Business Unit.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pressure Protection products and their applications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and significant developments affecting the business landscape.
  • Provide extensive customer support, focusing on client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective strategies for selling and servicing pressure protection products.
  • Build rapport with clients to influence their preferences and specifications regarding our Pressure Protection offerings.
  • Work within account teams to develop and execute the Account Plan while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to deliver customer solutions efficiently.
  • Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and current information.
Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of industries served, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refining, is essential.
  • A BS/BA degree in a relevant field that supports technical knowledge of the business is required.
Experience/Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with Final Control Products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient information management skills, including computer literacy.
