Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, nurture, and expand professional business relationships with clients in designated accounts, influencing their selection of Pressure Protection technologies, products, and services.
  • Identify client needs, navigate challenges, and showcase strong account management skills to drive sales performance for Pressure Protection products.
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and secure new customer accounts and sales opportunities within the Pressure Protection Business Unit.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of Pressure Protection products and their applications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and significant developments affecting the business landscape and our clients.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support with a focus on client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to formulate effective strategies for selling and servicing pressure protection products.
  • Build rapport and relationships to influence customer preferences and specifications regarding our Pressure Protection offerings.
  • Participate in account teams to develop and execute the Account Plan while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with various departments and support staff to deliver customer solutions efficiently.
  • Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and current information.

Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of industries served, particularly Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and/or Refining, is essential for understanding the factors that contribute to business success.
  • A BS/BA degree in a relevant field that supports technical knowledge of the industry is required.

Experience/Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with Final Control Products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient information management skills, including the use of personal computers.
