Job Overview

Position Summary

The Senior Relationship and Capture Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities within the Federal and DoD sectors. This individual will evaluate client needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to formulate effective strategies aimed at securing contracts and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess new business prospects with existing and potential clients.
  • Support the development of business initiatives within the portfolio.
  • Facilitate new business acquisition through capability presentations, RFI submissions, and proposal crafting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and team members.
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending strategic partners for various opportunities.
  • Design and implement capture strategies, teaming approaches, and winning methodologies.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of growth strategies and opportunity assessments.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, data, and competitive insights.
  • Support the creation of white papers and presentations that showcase portfolio capabilities, products, and services.
  • Conduct assessments of organizational conflicts of interest and client risk factors.
  • Engage in the review and drafting of proposals.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking groups.

Essential Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in Capture Management within technical services, particularly in Federal and DoD markets. Established connections with agencies such as DHS, TSA, Air Force, NASA, and DOD are advantageous.
  • A technical background to comprehend client requirements and align organizational capabilities with solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with senior government and corporate executives.
  • Adept at building strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

Security Clearance Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD and/or DHS security clearance, public trust, and/or suitability.
