Quorum Hotels is seeking a skilled Conference Planning Administrator to join our team at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas. As a key member of our Conference Planning/Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for organizing event information, communicating with various departments, and producing accurate documents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring seamless event execution. * Organize event information into a written format for internal distribution
* Communicate special requests and program changes to various departments in a timely manner
* Produce accurate and detailed Banquet Event Orders, Conference Resumes, and other internal documents
* Make files for assigned definite bookings and distribute to appropriate conference managers
* Enter daily tips and gross receipts onto payroll spreadsheets
* Enter invoices into Food and Beverage checkbooks
* Work cohesively with other departments as part of a team

Requirements:

* One year of administrative experience in a full-service hotel
* Proficient with Delphi and hospitality space management software
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
