Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will assist in planning and executing meetings and special events that exceed our guests' expectations. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and promote our events to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing meetings and special events, including coordinating logistics, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote events and drive sales growth.
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed daily/weekly goals, including sales, attendance, guest satisfaction, and safety.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events, such as ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or a related field.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality or a related field; 1 year of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or a related field.
