- Collaborate with our sales team to promote events and drive sales growth.
- Lead the team to meet and exceed daily/weekly goals, including sales, attendance, guest satisfaction, and safety.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards.
- Learn and operate software systems used in events, such as ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage.
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or a related field.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality or a related field; 1 year of experience in hospitality, event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or a related field.
