This position involves a range of essential tasks that enable our team to concentrate on the ongoing development of our services. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational abilities, a robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for collaborating with colleagues and clients alike.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced setting
- Experience in the financial sector is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to long-term employment
This role requires the following competencies:

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support and Client Interaction:
Supporting the agents and management team in optimizing office operations to meet client and regulatory standards includes:
- Answering phone calls in a courteous and welcoming manner
- Serving as the initial point of contact for potential clients
- Managing office supplies and outgoing communications
- Assisting clients with inquiries and concerns
- Enhancing and nurturing client relationships
- Maintaining databases
- Responding to client inquiries regarding their accounts
- Compiling summaries of client accounts
- Organizing the office filing system, both physical and digital
- Processing new client applications
- Documenting notes from client discussions
- Supporting various marketing initiatives
- Performing other relevant tasks as required
Compensation:
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.00
