About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at NIKE, Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively solve problems, demonstrating a high level of initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative work experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in creating high-quality presentations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a strong understanding of budget management and financial procedures.
