Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator II is a key member of the Aramark team, responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and locations. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees to ensure functional duties are performed in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Coordinate and lead special projects, including the processing of weekly payroll, tracking of time and attendance, and reporting commissions.
  • Based on extensive knowledge and experience, provide guidance to other employees to solve problems, answer questions, and research issues that may arise within the administrative function.
  • Recommend methods to improve operational processes, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as a resource for other departments on matters pertaining to the functional area.
  • Support the daily office functions, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Generate purchase orders and maintain the perpetual inventory ordering system.
  • Maintain the POS database, including writing purchase orders and pulling in weekly sales and inventory results.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
  • MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills required.
