Position Overview:

The Executive Support Professional is responsible for delivering comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance. This role involves constant oversight of senior leadership calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and organization. The individual will also be tasked with creating and maintaining essential administrative documents and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior leadership, adjusting schedules as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, and provide logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or office administration within the intelligence community.
  • Proficient in developing outreach packages and managing website content and social media updates.
  • Familiarity with intelligence community processes and procedures.
  • Strong calendar management skills and experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or Lotus Notes.
  • Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 7+ years in a professional or military setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interfacing with government entities.
  • Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and manage administrative tasks related to training, conferences, or seminars.
  • Experience in tracking employee leave and travel, as well as drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Familiarity with basic office management and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Experience in outreach package development and managing web content and social media.
  • Knowledge of intelligence community domains.

Security Clearance:

Applicants selected for this position will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of our comprehensive compensation package.
