Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the ADHD, Mood and Behavior Center in Cedar Knolls, NJ. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our behavioral health center, ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions, and providing exceptional support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including managing patient appointment schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling telephone calls.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to support business development initiatives and promote our services.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in medical terminology and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
