Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the ADHD, Mood and Behavior Center.
- Assist in the daily administrative operations of the Center, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including managing patient appointment schedules and troubleshooting technical issues with online telehealth sessions.
- Handle incoming calls with a caring and empathetic approach, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in a healthcare administrative setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Ability to multitask and learn medical terminology
This role requires a professional, yet warm and empathetic individual who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
