Responsibilities
    • Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, engaging with key decision-makers to present Invitro Capital's services and solutions.
    • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
    • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to setting up meetings and demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
    • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving sales initiatives forward.
    • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
    • Stay driven and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Provide field feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and engagement from potential clients.
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably with sales enablement tools.
    • Proven experience handling a high number of daily cold calls, both office and mobile.
    • Hands-on experience creating and conducting sales sequences, including crafting copy and testing strategies for effectiveness.
    • Highly entrepreneurial mindset: Ready to hustle as an early sales hire, shaping the future of our sales process.
    • Strong desire to grow: Eager to move towards a full-cycle role and eventually close deals independently.
    • Adaptable to a small, agile, and scrappy startup environment: You love taking initiative and figuring things out on your own when needed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Capable of crafting compelling outreach messages and engaging in meaningful conversations with prospects.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage and track sales activities.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value to clients.
