Job Description

TP-Link is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Irvine, CA team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to distributors and integrators.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory via telephone.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding a database of prospects within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Networking industry or related industry preferred.
  • Recommended minimum 2 years college or Sales Experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
  • Strong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM.
  • Based in Irvine CA.
