Key Responsibilities:

  • Absorb the sales development playbook and connect with new prospects
  • Become a trusted member of the SDR Org and collaborate with Account Executives
  • Utilize lead generation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and create targeted lists of prospects
  • Conduct account development best practices using Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, and Hub Spot
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize strategic sales approaches
  • Provide insights to marketing and collaborate on conversion rate optimization
  • Build and maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce CRM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
  • 0-2 years in outbound-focused sales or other customer-oriented background

Nice to Haves:

  • 1+ years of sales or relevant experience
  • Prior experience at high-growth, SaaS company
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or other lead generation tools
