Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Assist clients in preparing and completing essential documents, including title applications and vehicle registrations.
  • Title Management: Oversee the processing of vehicle title transfers and registrations, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients in both English and Spanish to collect necessary information and provide updates regarding title and DMV services.
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, including phone inquiries, email correspondence, and organization of office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all documents and transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings related to title processing and DMV services, managing calendars effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in DMV regulations and ensure all documentation adheres to legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is beneficial.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative capacity, particularly with title processing or DMV services, is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with title management systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
