Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Patient Check-In: Efficiently managing the check-in process for patients using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Appointment Management: Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for office visits, procedures, and ultrasounds.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrating a positive attitude towards patient interactions and resolving issues effectively.
  • Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Being flexible and supportive in various administrative functions as needed.
  • Payment Collection: Handling copays, deductibles, co-insurance, and outstanding balances.
  • Billing Knowledge: Previous billing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications

While familiarity with EMR systems is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour. After a 90-day probationary period, full benefits will be available, including:

Education and Experience
