Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to enhance our operational efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee front desk activities, provide essential administrative assistance, and facilitate seamless daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet and assist visitors.
  • Manage and route incoming phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments effectively.
  • Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Support data entry, filing, and the upkeep of office records within the team CRM.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as required.
  • Help organize and plan office events and activities.
  • Execute moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with office machinery, including printers and fax machines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the financial services sector.
  • Understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $17.54-$29.24 per hour. Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, and geographic location.
