  • Telephone Management:

  • Social Media and Podcast Coordination:
    • Manage and respond to messages on professional networking platforms.
    • Arrange podcast interviews, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Billing and Invoicing:
    • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients promptly.
    • Follow up on pending invoices to ensure timely payments.

    • Monitor office supplies and reorder inventory as necessary to maintain sufficient stock levels.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or a comparable role.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite presence as required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
